Sybil Madison is a change leader with over 20 years of experience supporting institutions in achieving equitable outcomes for under-resourced youth and families. Sybil’s success as a leader in Chicago has been credited to her skills as a connector, listener, coach, and collaborator. As the Chief of Staff for Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, Sybil is the second Black woman to hold the most senior leadership position in the Mayor’s office. Sybil earned her Ph.D. from the University of California Berkley in Clinical Psychology.
